TWF Whip, Using drag or reposition

Rules Questions

Character is dual wielding a whip and dagger. Drag and reposition definitions state they are standard actions. My question is, once an enemy has been dragged or repositioned does the off-hand dagger still get an attack?

Given that the Quick Drag & Quick Reposition Feats (pg. 114 Ultimate Combat) exist to allow you to replace a melee attack from multiple attacks as part of a full round action, I would say no. Yes, you are having multiple attacks due to TWF, but it is still a full round action to use the multiple attacks.
