This is probably a case of something I'd like to be true but isn't going to fly but hey going to throw it out there anyway.
Under poly morph rules
"While under the effects of a polymorph spell, you lose all extraordinary and supernatural abilities that depend on your original form (such as keen senses, scent, and darkvision), as well as any natural attacks and movement types possessed by your original form. You also lose any class features that depend upon form"
The Deaf Curse is an Extraordinary ability, your deaf ears are part of your original form.
So while under a polymorph effect could you arguable lose being deaf, the lv5 +3 perception, the lv10 scent and the lv15 tremorsense ?
in effect while polymorphed you can hear and understand those around you like a normal person ?

Pretty sure the reason it is extrordinary is so that it even persists in an antimagic field. The key bit this
"he oracle’s curse cannot be removed or dispelled without the aid of a deity. An oracle’s curse is based on her oracle level plus one for every two levels or Hit Dice other than oracle. Each oracle must choose one of the following curses."
So if a god casts a polymorph spell on you then sure, otherwise it basically persists under ver possible condition imaginable short of a Diety removing it.

Ok how bout this
Fiendish Heritage
Number 36
You can communicate telepathically with any sentient creature with which you are in contact.
So as long as your touching someone in the group you could reasonable listen to a conversation (filtered through another characters bias of course :) ) , And even be the face of the party so long as the person your talking to doesn't mind you touching them for the duration ;)

There was a recent thread on polymorph spells providing limbs on the new form that had been lost on the original form.
If that works, I'm not sure why the new form of the polymorph couldn't hear if the original form was deaf, or see if the original form was blind.
The original form doesn't have a problem with her ears. She has a divine curse that can only be removed by direct action of a deity. The polymorphed form also suffers the curse and gains the compensatory abilities.
If there was an oracle's curse of missing an arm, any polymorphed form would also only have one arm.
In terms of the OP, the oracle's curse is not a class feature dependent on form.
