I only know of is a spell, Protective Penumbra or the spell blight Ebon Eyes.
I think that there was one in 3.5, but I cannot remember it right now.

There's also the regular Penumbra spell as a cantrip that you can just keep constantly cast upon yourself.

Something to remember about this:
On May 24, 2011 Paizo posted a series of cantrips on the Paizo Blog. These cantrips were left out of the book Ultimate Magic for various reasons. These are not "official" and are not supported by Paizo. Consult with your GM to see if he or she will allow any of these in his or her campaign.
Officially it was replaced by the 2nd level version I posted from Ultimate Magic.

Thanks all - must have been the old 3.5 one I was thinking of.
Just as a thought excercise, what do you think would be a fair feat for reducing the effects of light blindness ( not eliminating it all together) Allow a save to ignore the effects? Reduce Light Blindness to Light Sensitivity?
Or perhaps I could just phase it out for the character over time and not force him to burn feats. ARG suggests most racial traits are ineffective by lvl 10 or so, so having the penalty gradually lessen over the same period makes a certain amount of sense.
