Fetchling summoner and master summoner

Rules Questions

so looking at the fetchling, it lists the shadow summoner as an archtype--with the only basic changes being that it uses the shadow template instead of good or evil and that it changes some of the summoned mobs.

1. can you still make a master summoner fetchling?

2. If you do, do his summoned monsters have the shadow template? or good/evil?

3. do you basically just combine this archtype with master summoner--ie as above in 2 and can still have the extra two evolutions?

You don't need to take the shadow caller archetype as a summoner.

They aren't compatible with master summoner anyways, iirc.

I don't have Advanced Race Guide but:

1. Does the shadow summoner replaces or changes Eidolon feature, Summon Monster feature or Bond Senses? If yes to any of this then they can't be combined.

From your description I can only guess that it won't be compatible with master summoner - as: "with the only basic changes being that it uses the shadow template instead of good or evil and that it changes some of the summoned mobs." probably means that Summon Monster feature is altered.

Yea, don't stack. Sorry!

np. thank you for info.

by the way, just wanted to let you know that good/evil is not the only templates a normal summoner can apply now. After Bestiary 2, the Resolute and Entropic templates (law and chaos) are allowed now, as well
