Cleric alternate class features

Ok here's my question,
Can you stack the merciful healer class options with the theologian class options? Both say only one domain but MH says it has to be heal while T. does not require any specific domain. Wasn't sure if this fell under too good to be true or not. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

If two archetypes modify the same ability then you cannot combine them. In this case both archetypes modify your domains. You cannot combine them.

I would be inclined to say no. This is because Theologian replaces the domain class feature while Merciful Healer changes it. If they both simply changed, I'd say they could stack because the changes don't interfer with each other. However, because of one being a replacement, the Thoelogian would overwrite the Merciful Healer, or the Merciful Healer would not be able to change the class feature because it is technically not there anymore. They do conflict at that point, meaning the archetypes can't stack.

So then basically you cannot stack any two cleric archtypes.

Pretty much. There are a number of classes where (for the most part) you cannot stack the archetypes. Druids are another example.

Roaming Shadow, your interpretation would be fine as a house rule but it is not RAW. If any ability is replaced or altered it cannot be stacked with another class that replaces or alters the same ability.

Ok here's another one for you then, if I take separatist, I take a time as my non god domain, I get all spells lowered, but I still get scribe scroll feat from domain yes?
