My account says my hardcopy of the Advanced Race Guide shipped on the 12th, but I still haven received it. I've previously received products from Paizo within a week. Should I check with the postal service to see if there is an issue?

It looks like your package has just experienced a small delay in transit.

Your package shipped out on the 12th via the standard postal rate. This shipping method has an estimated delivery time of 4 to 8 business days. Today is the 7th day since the package went out. According to the tracking, it was transferred to the USPS in Orlando, FL, today, so it should be showing up at any time now.

If you still have not seen your package by the end of next week, let me know and we will take another look at that time.
