Connecticon (http://connecticon.org/) will be held July 13-15 2012 at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford, CT. A number of venture officers from the north-east, and Mike Brock himself are scheduled to be there.
In addition to running PFS, some of the venture-officers are going to be running panel discussions, and there will be laptops running Herolab and a printer available to allow you to quickly make a PFS character if you do not have one yet. Come on down and play, listen to panels, enjoy the dealers, movies, costumes, anime, or whatever else you're into!
Current lineup of PFS events in no particular order *:

Intro 2: First Steps Part II: To Delve the Dungeon Deep
Intro 3 First Steps-Part-III: A Vision of Betrayal

*Note: not all of these will be run at each slot. The calender on the con's site does have a listing of what is being offered at which time.(at least for Fri/Sat, I'll check up on why nothing is showing for Sunday)

Also willing to chip in gas money for a ride from NYC. Otherwise, I can take the metro north trains. Anyone know how hard it is to get to the consite and/or hotel from the metro north Hartford station?
Raymond
Anyone have a room they can share? Of course I will chip in to offset the cost.

Metro North doesn't actually go to Hartford. You'd have to take Amtrak.

Norman,
Isn't there a local CT train that connects with Metro North that can get you to Hartford?

Ray I may be going up that way. Can you get to MT Eden Ave Station(its the #4 train?

Yes I can, easily too! I live in Washington Heights by all the buses that go into the Bronx at 181 street so I could take one of them to the 4 and just hop 1 or 2 stops to get to the MT Eden stop.
I am currently trying to work out a summer internship for the IT industry and am not 100% sure I will be able to go to both Dexcon and Connecticon but I am working on it. I'll update when I have more info. I think it may not be until Thursday, June 28?
