Alright, so i have 2 clerics in the works right now, And I've not touched religion in pathfinder at all. One of them I want set up to cause disruption in combat and drive opponents to madness or fear. The other I want as somewhat of a protection/healer, but can still hold his/her own in combat physically. They are in no way related, I just need 2 separate clerics. As always, I am limiting myself to the Core rule book, ultimate magic, ultimate combat and APG.
Thanks!

You could always do a Pharasma (healer) and Groetus (madness) combo. Groetus is a minor deity, which you can find outlined in Faiths of Balance or the Inner Sea World Guide. Yes, I am fully aware that you didn't want to use anything outside the big 4. These two are simply well-aligned conceptually.
Madness is primarily a domain of Lamashtu if you are not looking at Faiths of Balance. Madness creeps into A LOT of the Neutral minor deities (several of the First World pantheon and Groetus come to mind immediately).
If you're dead-set on the big 4, you're probably looking at Lamashtu + other in your concept. If you're willing to drop the healing/protection bit, you could always have the 2nd be a Gorumite to pick up some extra melee beatings.
