Question regarding changing attack targets

hi so last week it came up in game where a player had two full health enemies attacking them, the player has two weapons and two weapon fighting feats but only one bab can the player attack one enemy with one sword and a different enemy with the other, i didnt think they could so i let them do it and said i would ask on here thanks for any help.

Not only can each attack go to a different target (assuming both targets are within reach), but he can even wait to see how the first attack turns out before picking his second target.

And take a 5' step in between attacks.

And drop one sword, draw a thrown weapon or crossbow by using the Quick Draw feat, and fire it at a ranged target.
