Does enemy hammer work against undead?

Rules Questions

It probably does as RAI, but it doesn't look like it actually works as RAW. Undead are immune to effects that involve fortitude saves unless it works on objects. This spell can not target objects. It can be used to smash creatures against objects, but this isn't the same as actually using the spell on an object.

It looks like the author struggled with how to best word the spell's intent imo. The secondary target clearly can be a creature or object, and the spell references telekinesis which can be used on creatures or objects. Because enemy hammer can have an object as its secondary target, I'd treat undead as affected by the spell for all purposes.

I would treat it as a spell stat block needing an errata... should read the same as telekinesis - "Target or Targets see text".

EDIT: It also states that the spell ends immediately if the primary target is killed or destroyed, which is a pretty clear indicator that it works on undead and constructs.
