Throw Anything

Can a character with the throw anything feat throw weapons they are not proficient with at no penalty? Also would the damage be according to the weapon used or the improvised weapon chart?

Improvised Weapons are any object that is not a weapon that you are using as a weapon.

You cannot take Throw Anything and then be proficient with bolas, boommerangs, and nets, or any other thing that is a weapon.

Works with melee weapons though.
