What I've noticed is that both my AC and my to-hit are rather low due to the loss of BAB via multiclassing. How would you improve this character?

I would go with hex strike. Also as a Sensei you still get another bonus feat at first level, I would suggest dodge, which would put you up to an 18 AC -- the shield spell on a wand might be your friend, as well as a ring of protection +1 and bracers of armor +1 (3,750gp) putting you up to an AC of 24.

Your attack line is looking (to me) to be:
+2 (BAB)
+4 (Wisdom)
+1 (weapon focus)
+7

If you take arcane strike you can increase that with your intelligence modifier putting you up to +13.

For your final feat you might consider extra arcana to get wand wielder as that will allow you to use your staff for spells later too.

Sczarni

NOT taking 4 Pearls of Power is a good start.

Pick up an Amulet of Natural Armor, Dodge for that feat you are missing, Bracers of Armor and a Ring of Protection. There is 4 more AC and you can enchant the Bracers of Armor just as you would normal armor so it can scale with you if you want.

Your Sensei levels are dragging you down. A lot. I'd drop those and pick up some armor, move the 18 WIS to STR to make up for the BAB and damage issues. A +1 Chainshirt costs 1250 and will net you an additional 1 AC (not much), but you can tag in a Mithril Buckler for dirt cheap and not be worse-the-wear for spell failure and have another easily-enchanted AC buff.

Depends on what you are trying to achieve with this.
Me personally ,I wouldn´t multiclass and monk relly isn´t a good combo with magus anyway, but I don´t know where you wan´t to go with this so some more info would help.Stats don´t look good either if you wan´t to hit something try
Str 16+2 racial
Dex 14
Con 12
Wis 10
Int 13+1level
Cha 10 ..thats a 20 point buy.
Maybe you don´t like that but thats the best advice I can give without knowing more.

Edit: Damn Ninja´d by 3 guys

I am considering reshifting my stats with the following priority: Int>Str>Dex>con=wis>cha, as I still have light armor proficiency and using wisdom for attack rolls is optional. I can't take hex strike until i actually have a hex (at level 5) at which im taking evil eye for the debuff. And of course im taking arcane strike when it becomes available at level 5.

I'm aiming for a staff magus that can use Hexstrike+spellstrike agaisnt foes, as it seemed like a good idea when it was suggested.

@Sleet Storm, I'm guessing the OP is using rolls for stats, which is why I wasn't terribly concerned on that myself. The OPs stats are equivalent to 55 point buy.

it's 51 pt buy according to PCgen, but yes my DM was very generous with stat-rolling (4d6-lowest x 9 keep highest 6)

So rolling stats huh?Anyway I would prioritize strenght over intelligence. Also get Weapon Specialization instead of Arcane Strike.

Aha so thats waths going on.:)

I would drop sensei completely, in that case it really kills the build and doesn´t help much exept giving you improved unarmed strike as afree feat.

I would build like this with the given stats

Str 20
Dex 16
Con 14
Int 18
Wis 13
Cha 13

Feats
1.Weapon Spec
3.Power Attack
5.Impr.Unarmed, Magus bonus feat:Hex Strike,,and pick up some light Armor will ya:)
Also don´t forget that QuarterStaff Defense gives you your Weapons Enhancement Bonus as a Shield Bonus to AC and that includes the increase from arcane pool enchantments.

Monk is needed because im getting the quarterstaff as a ki strike weapon when i can afford it, allowing me to use unarmed strikes through my quarters staff (thus allowing me to Hexstrike through my quarterstaff). I cannot do this without a level in monk, and if im taking one level in monk i might as well take a full 2 level dip. THe end result will be a Hexstrike + Stunning Fist + Spellstrike all in the same blow, especially if i can add the ki strike property to any weapon using my arcana pool. Anways here's my build so far. Any more suggestions?

Ability Scores:
Strength 20

Defensive Stats:

FlatFoot 17
Fortitude +8

Feats:

Quarterstaff Master

Master Quarterstaff 325
Magic +1 Chainmail 1250
Amulet of Natural Armor 2000
Ring of Protection 2000

Ahem if you think Ki Focus:
This ability can only be placed on a melee weapon.

The magic weapon serves as a channel for the wielder's ki, allowing her to use her special ki attacks through the weapon as if they were unarmed attacks. These attacks include the monk's ki strike, quivering palm, and the Stunning Fist feat (including any condition that the monk can apply using this feat).

It does not let you use your Quarterstaff as unarmed strikes and you cannot use Hexstrike with your Quarterstaff. So you might want to reconsider the Monk levels again.
