Ghost Touch plus Spellstrike

Rules Questions

If you’re a magus using a weapon with Ghost Touch or are using the Ghost Blade arcana, will it allow a spellstriked touch spell to do full damage to an incorporeal creature?

I doubt it, since ghost touch applies to weapon damage. The damage from the spell isn't caused by the weapon, it's only cast through the weapon.

I wonder, is the extra damage from say, the flaming property, considered weapon damage?

I guess that was too much to hope for. Submit2me's comment probably also holds true for the extra damage.

No...it's considered fire damage. If it was considered weapon damge, it would be subject to DR instead of bypassing it.

Only the weapons damage itself is ghosted the rest is 50% reduction.
