Is there a witch that uses Charisma as their primary casting stat

Rules Questions

Sometimes they have to many archetypes to read through them all or you miss something, but I was looking to make a witch who was a people person.

Currently, no. I believe that Sorceror is the only class that has alternative casting stats available.

Well, high int means more skill points to be spent in diplomacy.

No. But witch only needs Int and some dex and con, so you can sack the hell out of strength and wisdom down to 7 and put a 12 or 14 into charisma if you want to, easily.

My group rolls stats we don't understand the purpose of point buy in. I always have to pull my blows by the time they hit level 8+ because point buy in doesn't scale well at higher levels 8-10+.

With the right Familiar, it can be the diplomancer. This is even more true with an improved familiar. You can assist your familiar in these attempts.
