Kung Fu vs Undead

Advice

I am currently using a Witch 2nd/Monk 1st (Master of Styles). We are going to be going up against ALOT of undead soon.

Since the Witch is horrible vs undead, are there any good feats that would help me fight undead since my spells/hexes will be mostly useless vs undead?

The rest of the party consists of an alchemist, gnome ranger, cleric of alcohol/lust, dwarf fighter & a magus.

Thanks for the assistance :)

If you're going up against skeletons and stuff with DR/bludgeoning, you're good to go; you might want you a slashing weapon if possible if you end up fighting th' zombies....your blows won't be that effective.

What's your build like?

EDIT: Didn't read the posts carefully before posting.

I'd carry a weapon just in case there's diseases you might get from contact.

What is your witch patron? Some give damage spells or buffing, like Bless, which can be good in a fight.

The one knock I have with Pathfinder is there's no PrC that combines Monk and arcane casting, like the Enlightened Fist does in 3.5.

edit
oh yeah; prolly don't want to punch a ghoul either. heh heh......

If you have the Healing Hex, you can go around and touch the undead for damage, Of course that means you have to get into melee range first.

That does not answer your question regarding good feats, but I just wanted to bring that up.

For my monk I took Master of Styles (Snake Style) which grants me piercing damage plus the increased AC bonus (got a +12 Sense Motive skill to grant the immediate higher AC bonus)- I wanted this for flavor for the Oriental Dragon serpent like style.

For Witch, I have the Cackle/Evil Eye/Flight hexes. I also have Mage Armor as a spell.

My DM is allowing me to drop Stunning Fist to take an alternate monk feat instead so I could take another Style feat.

I haven't chosen my 3rd lvl feat yet.

My BAB is only a +1....though I do have Bless (Ancestor patron)to boost it with another +1.

Stats are 10 STR, 16 INT, 14 WIS, 16 DEX, 11 CON, 10 CHR

Only magic item I have are a shortbow of seeking +2 which was given to me as a gift.

I think boar style gives slashing which you need for zombies, and definately get weapons

Heh heh......just had an idea that they need "prophylactic monk's gloves and booty's" for some kinda magic item so you don't catch stuff or take damage from sick things you're punching.

What's your alignment/god?

I really don't get how that concept meshes, but the optimizer in my get the chills at the thought of combining witch and monk. What kind of playstyle are you going with? You can't really go full-round attack due to no flurry, and you can't use style feats if you're at range using hexes and spells. Not to mention the horrible bab.

I am LN - our DM made his own Gods - I worship the God of Knowledge/Magic who manifests himself as a Dragon...my character comes from the "Asian" lands so she knows him as the "Celestial Dragon".

I want the monk for the defense abilities....don't care about doing great damage in melee....more of a Controller.

Chill touch is a start. The Threnodic Spell feat will allow you to use mind-effecting spells to effect any undead.
Your DM is using custom gods, ask him if you can take the Shade of the Uskwood feat.
