Single direct download links

Would it be possible to email us a direct link to download the updated PDFs?

Something I would like is:

1) Click on the link
2) Popup Login (my browser would then save the username/password)
3) Pause...while the PDF is being signed...then 302 redirect
4) Download the actual PDF

That isn't really feasible at this time.
