Can you apply a weapon's enhancement bonus to a Dirty Trick combat maneuver if used to perform the trick?
Initially, I didn't think so, but then I stumbled upon the dueling melee weapon property (Pathfinder Society Field Guide), which clearly states otherwise.

The key point in the description is that utilizes the weapon only . As long as whatever you're attempting is a function of actually using the weapon to achieve it then you should be good - though it would be subject to DM interpretation.
eg An appropriate use would be: Using a whip to blind someone by attacking their eyes.

Note that this weapon enchantment was written before the Combat Maneuver blog that clarified/changed which maneuvers do and do not use weapons.
For instance, it is now the case that if your weapon has the trip property, you can employ it in a drag maneuver. But the Dueling enchantment you cite specifically does not apply its bonus to drag maneuvers.
The strange result is that if you have a +1 Dueling Flail and Weapon Focus (flail), you can perform a drag maneuver and gain a +2 (from the +1 bonus and WF) but not gain the Dueling bonus.
Meanwhile, in relation to Dirty Tricks, they normally do not use a weapon (as is the case with most maneuvers, per the aforementioned blog post). So your GM might say that the Dueling property causes your weapon to be an exception to that rule, or they might be mean and say that you get the bonus if you use the weapon but then never let you use the weapon. :/
If this is for PFS, check with each GM and expect table variation.
If this is for a home game, I highly recommend a houserule "errata" to the Dueling enchantment to have it not list any specific maneuvers and just have it apply to maneuvers that, per the blog, use weapons anyway. Clean and simple that way.
