I was able to download both versions of that product from your account without issue.
Can you tell me exactly what the error message you received said? Was it part of the site, or was it a message from your browser?
Are you attempting to download it using a tablet or other mobile device?
The message simply states that the file can't be downloaded. This is on my desktop PC. I tried some of my older downloads and got the same thing. I think its IE...tried with firefox and it works fine.
IE appears to be up to date. Any suggestions?

I had another customer encounter this earlier this week. I would suggest checking this Microsoft support page and see if that helps fix the problem.
