I'm pretty sure rules can't be saying what I think they're saying, but I wanted others to have a shot at it:
Charge: Charging is a special full-round action that allows you to move up to twice your speed and attack during the action. Charging, however, carries tight restrictions on how you can move.
Pounce (Ex): An eidolon gains quick reflexes, allowing it to make a full attack after a charge. This evolution is only available to eidolons of the quadruped base form.
So, a charge is an action that includes an attack, and the eidolon's pounce evolution allows a full attack after the charge (attack included) is completed. Thus, a pouncing eidolon with three attacks could attack four times in a round where it charges.
A search (surprisingly) didn't turn up anything. What am I missing? Or does this need errata?
P.S. The monster version of charge, although it offers the neat raking provision, doesn't have that feature: When a creature with this special attack makes a charge, it can make a full attack (including rake attacks if the creature also has the rake ability).

I'd recommend FAQing it and moving on. This is most likely a mistake. In general, the Eidolon uses the rules listed in the evolution, but I can't imagine this being the intent.
