I was surprised that these pregenerated characters did not exist in Herolab. The pregenerated characters in the {My Documents}/Hero Lab/pathfinder folder were not to Pathfinder Society requirements found here:

So I took the liberty of creating the Pregens for the following:
- Hero Lab Pathfinder Core Rulebook Pregenerated Cleric (Level 1), for Pathfinder Society 4.1 Play
- Hero Lab Pathfinder Core Rulebook Pregenerated Fighter (Level 1), for Pathfinder Society 4.1 Play
- Hero Lab Pathfinder Core Rulebook Pregenerated Rogue (Level 1), for Pathfinder Society 4.1 Play
- Hero Lab Pathfinder Core Rulebook Pregenerated Wizard (Level 1), for Pathfinder Society 4.1 Play
Possible Issues
- I had to fudge the Wizard because there isn't a "masterwork cane" in Herolab so the character wealth is off. [Discussion]
- I wasn't sure on the Ethnicities. I used this thread about Human Icon's Ethnicities
- You may get errors about some Hero settings for content that you don't have, I believe I removed the settings to the bare minimum, but I could have missed some
Please let me know if there are any issues with the files. These files were generated using Herolab 4.0b.
You should be able to:
1) Download the .POR file
2) Open the file in Herolab
3) Go to Character => Configure Hero...
4) Enter your Pathfinder Society ID #
5) Go to Background tab
6) Select a Faction

Just fixed the Pathfinder Society Wizard (Level 1) Pregen for Hero lab.
Looks like you can rename an item without having to create a custom item. So what I did was just add a Masterwork Club and then rename it to "Masterwork Cane" as his bounded item.

I think I did the ammo correctly, but not sure. If someone could double check for me I would appreciate it.

Looks like by spending a rank in Linguistics the stat block isn't showing this extra language. I just selected `Giant` for the Samurai because I assumed they were Tian for their Ethnicity.
None of these Iconics I selected their Diety unless it was obvious - so I just set them to `Athiest`.

Added Pathfinder Society Cleric (Level 4) Pregen for Hero Lab
Added Pathfinder Society Fighter (Level 4) Pregen for Hero Lab
1. The pregenerated sheet didn't account for the fact that the character's was mediumly encumbered and so the skills on the sheet are 1 higher (-2 ACP vs. -3 for being mediumly encumbered)
2. The HP of the character is 42, so I had to choose +1 CMD to Trip and Grapple for his Favored Class Options at level 3 and 4
Added Pathfinder Society Rogue (Level 4) Pregen for Hero Lab
1. With the favored class there were 2 more HP than what the sheet said (35 vs. 33).
2. I had two extra skill points and thus put 4 ranks into Disable Device instead of 2 which gives a final bonus of +15 when you apply the Masterwork Thieves tool (the sheet only showed +13 without the Masterwork tool applied it seems).

so far so good. slight problem with some of the gear matching up, but no big differences. Except gunslinger shows having a long sword, but you didn't add one in, yet money matches. Compared to all the other attempts to do these though, your's are by far the best.Again thanks for the time you put in them.
