Doesn't bacon come from back meat? So it should be "Pig's back bell".

In America bacon is typically made from belly meat, although other countries usually use back or side meat.

Turtles are pretty cool, man. When my oldest niece was a bitty kid, she had a pet turtle she named Peggy. At the time, she didn't know what a turtle was, so for a good while after that, all turtles were Peggies.
