Ioun Stone is double the price of a headband of charisma. I would just increase the headband's price by 50% to 6000 (adding new ability rules on page 553).
Alternately, ask your GM to reslot the phyactery of positive channeling to a neck item. In my game I have allowed the cleric to reslot it to her holy symbol. However, had I not allowed that it wouldve just increased her +2 headband cost by 2000gp. Not that large an increase.

When slotted into a wayfinder, a pink and green sphere (the ioun stone for +2 charisma) also gives a typeless +1 to will saves.

Also, can I add 9k to the cost of my breastplate to give it the powers of soothsayer's rainment (that's the difference in cost betwwen +1 chaninmail and the rainment)?
If your GM says no, there's the Ring of Revelation that does the same thing. Unfortunately, those are more expensive.

From my experiences, I've noticed being the healer paints a giant neon kill-on-sight arrow above your head. Usually that means the party's survivability heavily relies on the healer's survivability. I'd drop all the "blaster" related ideas and focus on staying alive. +1 Will/Fort save traits are a great pick up, considering they're the most predominant of the "suck or save" saves. That being said, compliment them with Iron Will and Great Fortitude. Also, don't underestimate Toughness. It'll help you breach the Power Word susceptibility.
As far as utility spells goes, I'd highly recommend picking up Remove Fear, Remove Sickness, Status, Delay Poison, Prayer, and Stone Shape. Status will ensure you know who needs healing, when they need healing, and how much they need healing as well as any conditions you need to remove. Delay Poison is just awesome. 1 hour per level, it essentially nullifies poison during your combats. Remove Fear is great, too. Nothing worse than your low Will save big melee running off, leaving you to take damage straight to your face. That's his job! Stone Shape is super handy for battlefield control. That being said, so is Obscuring Mist.
Life Link is an awesome revelation. It's extra out of combat healing and it gives you the elemental subtype, granting you all kinds of damage/condition mitigation.
Picking up Craft Wondrous Item can save you some gold, too.
I think my GM actually targets healers less than he should.
I only have a single blaster type spell. I think I would like to have at least the one.Hitpoints aren't bad though not great either.
Saves are the thing that worries me the most about this build. So I will definitely be keeping a good cloak of resistance.
I have remove fear and neutralize poison. The paladin has cure disease. Stone shape and prayer are on my list to get in the future, just ran out of spells at this level.
I think you are confusing life link and elemental body. I am taking elemental body. I got the shield other spell instead of life link.
Craft anything appears to be useless in this campaign. We have zero spare time to craft anything. We have almost no time to just buy things that are already sitting on a shelf.

Well, I have to admit I was wrong.
I have read where many people say that having a combat healer in the party encourages players to use bad tactics. I have always thought that was a bunch of BS. Some players just use bad tactics. Yes, the combat healer will allow them to survive a bit longer. But they would have done the same thing anyway, we would just have a dead companion.
But damn was I wrong!
We have a player that has always used pretty poor tactics. Yeah irritating, but what are you going to do with a guy that doesn't want to change. But he did change. He is now playing his magus like a berserker. He never casts defensive spells, fights defensively, withdraws, retreats, or even repositions to get away from being surrounded. Always charges, ignores whether his actions will generate AoO on himself, and is just being completely reckless.
Since my character is capable of healing well over 1000 hit points of damage if I take my time or even around 500+ when rushed. Well, apparently I am regenerating ablative armor just for him.
I had really created this character to be an undead blaster and condition remover. Not a hit point battery for 1 PC. That was just a side affect of the undead blaster.
But I am now using almost all of my powers just to barely keep him vertical. I was so close to letting him just bleed out last week.
We are now finally in the fight against a powerful lich. Undead! Yes, this is what I'm built for! But all I've got left is energy body and a few 1st level spell slots. So my primary caster build will now be going in to melee with a lich to touch attack for d6+7 damage per round.
[/rant] Ok, thanks I had to get that out of my system.

On a couple of related notes
1) I think it does, but felt I should check. Does Energy Body (Su) bypass Spell Resistance?
2) Can you put a meta magiced spell in a wand? Specifically can he purchase a wand of reach-cure serious wounds for me to use on him?
