Help give my Aasimar Oracle wings.

Advice

Shadow Lodge

Is there a way of getting wings on a character without magic items? I thought there was an evolution feat that would allow it, but it may have been for familiars. I also think summoners can do this somehow with evolution points, but I do not want to multiclass.

Suggestions?

If your GM allows, describe your flight spells as having a visible special effect of angelic wings.

I only have levitate, and that will be the only spell that lets me fly. Any other suggestions?

What class are you now?

Oracle

The Skill focus, eldritch heritage, improved eldritch heritage, and greater eldritch heritage feats allow you to gain sorceror bloodline powers, a number of which allow wings.

Celestial bloodline: Skill Focus(Heal), Eldritch Heritage gives you a ray attack, and Improved eldritch heritage can give you a set of angelic wings that can be used to fly for (character level -2) minutes per day. If you don't like a limited-duration wings, draconic and infernal bloodlines will grant unlimited wings, albeit of the leathery bat-wing style, but require CL 17 and greater eldritch heritage which takes a lot of feats.

And what Mystery if Oracle. Several of them grant Flight one way or another.

Level 1: Skill Focus (heal)
Level 3: Eldritch Heritage (heavenly fire)
Level 11: Improved Eldritch Heritage (wings of heaven)

You now have wings with 60 ft. speed, for your level -2 minutes per day.

Well you could use the Eldritch Heritage line to get wings from a bloodline.(Celestial would fit.) But you would need 3 feats and must be level 11: Skill Focus, Eldritch Heritage and Improved Eldritch Heritage.

edit: dam too slow^^

Pick the Eldritch Heritage feats.
Pick one of the following Bloodlines: Celestial or Draconic.

+1

Both Flame and Wind offers fly and wings.
See, Wings of Fire and Wings of Air.

Air, Fire and Dark Tapestry mysteries give you wings for a limited time/day, but I assume changing mystery is not an option.

Eldritch Heritage works well, as others have said, and it's easy to qualify for as an oracle. Find a mystery that gives you other good things besides wings, or it's a huge waste of feats, though. Arcane will let you add Overland Flight to your spell list at level 11, if you need long-duration flight a bit earlier than level 17.

If you can wait for them, there are also some high-level flight options on the oracle list. Divine Vessel (8) gives you flight (among other benefits), though it only lasts 1 round/level. Winds of Vengeance (9) gives you flight for 1 minute/level.

I am already using the life mystery and it is amazing. I may go with eldritch heritage feats, but it will take sooo long. What are some of the armors that let you fly? I already know of celestial chain. It would fit my character, but I really like the mithral breastplate that I am currently using. I may just save money for wings of flying.

There are mysteries with an 11th level revelation that gives wings.

Maybe there is a feat that lets me select a revelation from a different mystery? I cannot change my life mystery. My character is level 6. My current feats are versatile channeling, extra channeling, and selective channeling. If I start burning up feats now just for wings, it will take a while to get them.

Grand Lodge

Celestial Armor will do it, or you can just grab a bunch of Floating Feather Feather Tokens, and use them at key times.

You might want to also wait for Blood of Angels, the book on Aasimar coming out soon. I'd be inclined to believe it might have something for this in it.

Indeed. I enjoyed blood of fiends. There may also be some options within the advanced races guide in which I can alter my aasimar with wings. I am going to ask my DM if he will allow me to burn a feat to get the wings evolution. I don't care if the flight is clumsy.

Upgrade to half-celestial. But it will cost you a level now, and another at level 10/11.

One's character race isn't a modular concept.
