Some questions to DD (dragon disciple)

Hello to everyone!

As the subject says... here we go:

I have a character Fghtr1/Sorc4/DD5.

a) I think the CL is still 8, right (because rounded down)?

b) Due to Sorc4 + DD5 I think I get the bonus spell Fear (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/sorcerer/bloodlines/bloodline s-from-paizo/draconic-bloodline), right? Although I cannot cast lvl 4 spells?

c) How is the DC for breath? It says 10 + Sorc lvls + CHA Bonus. My CHA bonus is 2. So 16 or does the DD lvls too (this would mean 21)?

d) Concering spells (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/sorcerer) I have lvl 7, right?

A) CL 7 because fighter doesn't provide any CL and you lost two CL in DD.

B) If you caster level is 7 you cannot cast fourth level spells and you do not get fear -- however if you gain another caster level you will then get the fear spell as a bonus spell.

C) It's 10+1/2sorcerer levels (and DD levels) + Charisma bonus -- so it would be 10+4(9/2 round down)+2=16. This is because of the 'blood of the dragon class feature'.

D) Your caster level is 7 for the effects of spells based on caster level and concentration checks.

Thanks... one last question to this topic: Can I say, in general, it is impossible to get any bonus spell when I did not reach the caster level for this spell?

In other words: Can I say, when I get any bonus spell, no matter of class, I get always other spells of the same lvl too?

Ordinarily, it would never happen that you get a bonus spell of a level that you can't cast; most (all?) base classes aren't designed that way. But note that the Dragon Disciple is a special case:

"This ability does not grant bonus spells to a sorcerer unless he possesses spell slots of an appropriate level. Such bonus spells are automatically granted if the sorcerer gains spell slots of the spell's level."

That means that your sorcerer would have the bonus spells Mage Armor, Resist Energy and Fly (since he can cast 3rd level spells and his combined sorcerer + dragon disciple level is 9), and once he gets 4th level spells he will automatically get Fear as well.
