I wanted to see what kind of bonuses you can apply to shuriken.
As shuriken are ammo and thus destroyed after usage I want to focus on bonuses that do not come from the weapon itself.
Clearly you add your dex bonus for attack rolls and your strength bonus for damage rolls.
But what else so that as much as possible stacks?
Moral bonus: Flagbearer feat for +1 to attack and damage or bless for just +1 to attack
Competence bonus: Inspire courage for +1 to hit and damage that increases with level
Luck bonus: Archeologist's luck for +1 to hit and damage that increases with level (self only)
Unnamed bonus: Point-blank shot for +1 hit and damage up to 30ft (self only) and weapon focus, weapon specialisation etc.
Trait bonus: mindlessly cruel for +1 damage (self only/ orc)
Arcane strike would work but only on one shuriken attack per turn.
As it is ammo you can use shuriken made of special materials and not lose them if someone casts abundant ammo on the container in which you store them. If later someone casts align weapon or greater magic weapon that works fine and all shuriken thrown for the duration get the bonus.
Can you come up with additional bonuses? Or different ways to get the same bonuses?
Right now there are bonuses that could stack but only if someone else is buffing. As you can not have inspire courage and archeologist's luck both active yourself.
Perhaps a sensei monk could but he looses flurry.

There is the masterwork bonus: +1 to hit (60 per shuriken, but a one-time cost when you get abundant ammo).
There is weapon training: +x to and damage.
You should get Deadly Aim: -x to hit +2x damage.
A paladin could smite with the shurikens, for great to hit and damage bonus.
Heroism for a +2 morale bonus to hit (greater for +4).

well let me say first as someone who loves using thrown weapons on characters, shirikens are the worst weapons you can use for this. pre 10th level they are ok, since you dont need quick draw to use them. but once you hit tenth or so, you will notice them start to suck. the best i could do as far at to hit modifiers was i think +5 over dex+ bab.
sohei 15/fighter 3(weapon master)/ninja 2
sohei monk(twf+ITWF+GTWF) + flurry of stars + rapid shot= bab 19 (while flurrying) dex + -6 from feats.
now you add in 3 levels of weapon master (thrown weapons) to get a +1 weapon training, sohei gets a +2 weapon training from sohei, then gloves of dueling add +2 to each weapon training class feateure for a +7 to attack and damage. point blank+ master work+ weapon focus+ conditional modifiers.
gives you a total of +2 and flat footed, if you have the feats for it you can flank while throwing.
now add in permancy + greater magic weapon for 50 stars with up to a +5 generic. but that would get expensive fast.
basically you can toss, at 20, i think 12 stars with a +7 on your main hand attacks(potentially) over dex + bab. but with this build you damage would be horrible and you wouldnt hit very often past your main hand attacks.
