4 attacks at +9 to hit (full attack action) dealing 1d6+5 slashing damage and 1d6 acid damage each

Improved Damage (Ex): "One of the eidolon's natural attacks is particularly deadly. Select one natural attack form and increase the damage die type by one step."

I believe "Claws" is one natural attack form. It doesn't matter what limb the claws are on.

This is often debated, so check with your DM first to be sure.

If he makes an unarmed strike, all of his natural attacks become secondary natural attacks, striking at BAB-5 and only gaining half strength bonus to damage.

This is assuming his unarmed strike is using a limb he's not using to claw (headbutt is valid).
