RAW seems to indicate "no"; it just indicates that ranged weapons passing through the wall have a 30% miss chance; passing through it again (or multiple walls) would simply give it the same 30% miss chance it already had.
RAI? Probably the same; otherwise, it'd be a perfect defense in many cases, since you could snake it such that a projectile would have to pass through a lot of walls with one casting. On the other hand, doing so allows people to bypass the wall much more easily unless you're in a corridor or something. So I could only guess.
Logically? Yes. But logic only goes so far in PF. : D

No. If a creature walks through a wall of fire, it doesn't matter if he goes along it 4 squares, passes through it quickly, or even runs back and forth from one side to the other for some reason. He takes the damage once.
Should be the same for a projectile, in terms of being affected by a wall spell.

Actually Stream nothing says you only get burned once by a wall of fire.
It says that it deals 2d6+1/caster level to creatures passing through it.
So if you run its length sure one damage if you run back a forth 5 times thats 10d6+5/caster level damage your taking.
on a second note i had no clue you could shape wind wall in such a way as to cause this.

Me neither, until I read the last part of the description:
While the wall must be vertical, you can shape it in any continuous path along the ground that you like. It is possible to create cylindrical or square wind walls to enclose specific points.
So...yeah, for 25' of length, you can make an S-shape that puts three layers of wind wall across a 5'-wide tunnel. Nasty, if it works.

Yes, it says you take that damage for passing through it. It has nothing to say you take that multiple times in a round if you dash through it repeatedly in the same round. Whether or not that's the case is a matter of interpretation / RAI. On the one hand, you have my claim, and on the other you have the interpretation that has the guy running though it 5 times taking 5x as much damage as the guy that sprints along it for 50 ft. Which interpretation sounds more rational to you?

The more rational approach to me is to just houserule that any idiot who chooses to step into a wall of fire five times in a round gets five times the damage. You may only get so hot in 6 seconds, but just passing through once exposes you to the wall for only a fraction of those 6 seconds. But that falls apart for larger creatures, who are expected to take damage exactly once when they pass through a wall of fire the "normal" way. It also falls apart for creatures that are incapacitated while straddling the wall of fire.
Given all that, it's simpler to go with RAW.
