I have been looking at paizo.com/prd for pathfinder prestige classes, and the options seem to be very limited. I actually don't see any monk prestige classes, which is what I'm looking for. Does anyone know any other sources with more pathfinder prestige classes, or is the limited selection all there is?

Well, in terms of Non-Paizo designed ones I'm sure the PFSRD has more than a few.
In terms of ones designed by Paizo? There are a few (also listed on the site above) but no Monk specific ones as of yet. They are coming out with a Prestige Classes Book soon, which may have something for you, though.
Still, it's worth noting that one of Pathfinder's design goals was to cut down on multiclassing by making the base classes good enough (and the advantages of sticking to one strong enough) that doing so was a good idea basically universally.
How well they succeeded on the Monk particularly is debatable, but as a rule, in Pathfinder, Prestige Classes are something you take for flavor, and will actually result in a net loss of power.

That's your opinion, several PrCs (Demoniac, Harrower, Hellknight) are on par if not superior to base classes.
Also, Pathfinder shifts attention from PrCs to archetypes, and there are several Monk archetypes worth checking out.

I said 'as a rule' for a reason. :)
I actually quite agree with you, but a post looking for 'any Monk Prestige Class' screams of an attitude (possibly from playing 3.5) where PrCs are a necessary part of having an effective character, which is very much not the case in Pathfinder.

This is an excellent point, and one I agree with whole-heartedly.

If you are looking for a good idea, I'd suggest something I'm working on as an experiment. It's a monk that combines the Drunken Master and Master of Many Styles archetypes to create a Pathfinder version of Lei Wulong from Tekken. It'll involve some work since you'll have to look at all of the Style Feats from Ultimate Combat to tailor what you are looking for, but I think it'll be hella fun.
Also, look at the Qinggong Monk from Ultimate Magic as you can grab some of his class replacements in addition to other archetypes' abilities (as long as they all don't override the same thing).
Hope you have fun!
