Any Neutral or Evil god can have a NE druid, so really, just pick one that fits your theme.
Gozreh, who, among other things, is god(dess) of the treacherous sea and the bitter winds.
Lamashtu, whose Druids can summon fiendish template animals with summon nature's ally spells, which is pretty hot.
Zon-Kuthon has 'umbral druids,' and is all about bondage. His druids might consider 'breaking' animals to tame them a holy sacrement of the faith.
An Asmodean druid, focusing on control and tyranny, could also be inclined towards mastering horses, hounds and hawks, creating a micro-cosm of the infernal heirarchy, where the more powerful, clever or superior creature imposes it's will upon those beneath it.
Norgorber's druids would probably focus more heavily on poisonous things, and predatory beasts, in his role as god of poisoners and murder.
A druid of Rovagug would be enthralled by the biggest, meanest carnivores he can find, and if anyone is likely to try to get away with an allosaurus, t-rex or crocodile companion, or some sort of giant insect, it would be one of these druids.
Nethys, Pharasma and Urgathoa seem less intuitive to me.
A druid of Achaekek, of the lesser gods, with a giant praying mantis for a companion, could be thematic and fun.
Tons of demon lords have animal associations, and a druid with a bird or roc companion devoted to Pazuzu, or with an ape companion devoted to Anghazhan, or some sort of giant bug devoted to the demon lord of locusts whose name I forget (Dreskari?), or one with a fungus companion from the recent blog post devoted to Cyth-V'sug, could work.
As a Druid, it's not like the character actually needs a god at all, if you want to go solo, or follow a non-deistic philosophy like the Green Faith.
