I have a question about attack action.
Cast an offensive spell is an attack action? For Example, a sorceres can punch someone while casting vampiric touch? If so, can he use Vital Strike?
About energy drain:
A Cainr Wight with multiple attacks, say, because of levels in fighter or haste, he drains a level per attack with his longsword?
Another one, If i have an +1 Bracers of Armor with light fortification, and wear a Full Plate +2, i'll keep the light fortification benefit from the bracers?
Thanks!

If you hold the charge, that is do not use the free attack afforded to you can deliver the spell with a regular attack.
A 6th level sorcerer can deliver a Vampiric Touch with an unarmed attack. The attack would deal 1d3+Str non-lethal damage and the Vampiric Touch would deal 3d6 damage. You would only gain life equal to the damage dealt with the Vampiric Touch.
He could also Vital Strike and still deliver the spell. In that case, his attack would deal 2d3+Str non-lethal, and the spell would deal 3d6. Vital Strike only works with the weapon damage.
A Cairn Wight drains a level on each successful attack.
If you Combine Bracers with another form of armour, which ever one provides the least Armour bonus will stop functioning. if the both provide the same bonus, they both will function.
Bracers of Armour:
These items appear to be wrist or arm guards. They surround the wearer with an invisible but tangible field of force, granting him an armor bonus of +1 to +8, just as though he were wearing armor. Both bracers must be worn for the magic to be effective.
Alternatively, bracers of armor can be enchanted with armor special abilities. See Table: Armor Special Qualities for a list of abilities. Special abilities usually count as additional bonuses for determining the market value of an item, but do not improve AC. Bracers of armor cannot have a modified bonus (armor bonus plus armor special ability bonus equivalents) higher than +8. Bracers of armor must have at least a +1 armor bonus to grant an armor special ability. Bracers of armor cannot have any armor special abilities that add a flat gp amount to their cost. Bracers of armor and ordinary armor do not stack. If a creature receives a larger armor bonus from another source, the bracers of armor cease functioning and do not grant their armor bonus or their armor special abilities. If the bracers of armor grant a larger armor bonus, the other source of armor ceases functioning.
Emphasis mine.

Just to reiterate you CAN deliver a held charge with an attack action which means you CAN Vital Strike while doing so.
However, Vital Strike ONLY multiplies weapon damage (for this purpose, an unarmed attack is a weapon), so the damage from the Vampiric Touch won't multiply.
Also:
Cairn Wight (CR 4): Some societies deliberately create these specialized wights to serve as guardians for barrows or other burial sites. A cairn wight is an advanced wight that fights with a weapon, typically a sword, that channels its energy drain attack and affects creatures damaged by the weapon as if they had been struck by the wight's slam attack.
So Cairn Wights, unlike normal wights can channel it's energy drain through its weapon. Normal Wights that gained an extra slam attack somehow (haste, for instance) would drain on each slam.

Casting a spell is its own action, the action required depends on the spell. When you cast a touch spell you can make a touch attack as a free action during that turn as part of casting the spell.
I you choose not to take that free attack, or miss with the attack, or otherwise do not deliver the charge during the turn you cast it, you can hold the charge to deliver it later.
If you are holding the charge, you can deliver it with a touch attack as a Standard Action (not an attack action). You can also deliver the charge with an unarmed attack or a natural attack. If you deliver the charge with an unarmed attack or a natural attack, the action required is whatever action needed for the attack in question.
So, while holding the charge, you can make an attack action using an unarmed or natural attack and also deliver the charge, or you can make a full-attack action using an unarmed or natural attack, and deliver the charge on the first attack that hits, or you can spring attack as a full-round action (provided you have the necessary feats) and delver the charge with that attack, or you can make any other attack (as long as it's unarmed or a natural attack) and deliver the charge with that.
A wight's energy drain is part of its slam attack. That means when ever the wight makes a slam attack, for any reason, it drains a level. A cairn wight can use its energy drain through its weapon. So whenever a cairn wight makes a slam attack or attacks with its weapon, for any reason, no matter how many attacks it has already made that round, it drains a level.
The only point of contention is the description uses the singular case "a weapon." Whether this means that the cairn wight is tied to a single specific weapon through which it can channel its energy drain, or if it can channel its energy drain though any weapon, is open to GM interpretation.
