a question, foes a familiar gains new feats as it advances 2 HD? and wat about abilities, does it increase 1 ability as it advances 4 HD?

wat about the animal companion? Does it gains new feats as it advances 2 HD? and wat about abilities, does it increase 1 ability as it advances 4 HD?

A familiar never gains any HD, so the answer to that is "No". It just uses the master's HD for effects that require HD, but feats etc are not effects.

Animal companions, yes, they do. Check this table here
