Agile weapons

where do i find this weapon enhancement, and can it apply to composite longbows? if so does the damage bonus stack?

There isn't any hard rule that proves it, but generally weapons are classified how they are used. So some melee weapons can be thrown, but when thrown are they melee weapons?
