umbral dragon breath weapon

it says that the umbral dragon breath weapon doesnt heal undead, so the question is, wat happens to the undeads? r they dmged by the breath attack? or nothing happens to them?

Nothing happens to undead in the area.

ok so i can guess they r like getting hit by a small breeze :P
