It seems to me that the natural armor bonus gained by the Prestige class would increase you base Natural armor bonus. this would not count as separate Natural armor bonus but more in line with he feat Improved Natural armor. what are your thoughts.
MY character currently has a base NAT armor bonus of +7

As his skin thickens, a dragon disciple takes on more and more of his progenitor's physical aspect. At 1st, 4th, and 7th level, a dragon disciple gains an increase to the character's existing natural armor (if any), as indicated on Table: Dragon Disciple. These armor bonuses stack.

Yea, since it says "increase to the character's existing natural armor (if any)", then it will properly stack with your original natural armor just like the Improved Natural Armor feat.
Great I was told it didn't stack in another thread.
I don't think anyone read the ability in the other thread. They just said "its another natural armor increase" so, barring special language that states it increases what the character already has, it wouldn't. Since it says it increases what was already there, it stacks.

We treat dodge bonuses and natural armor bonuses as ALWAYS stacking.
Dodge bonuses do always stack. Natural armor bonuses don't unless they say they do.
