Dragur captian and multiple natural attacks

Rules Questions

If I have a dragur captian alchemist with feral mutagen and get multiple natural attacks does that mean it can inflict multiple negative levels per round since it only mentions you can't do that with weapons. Also am I right in thinking it can inflict negative levels with bombs?

Draugr: "Nausea (Su) A creature that is damaged by a draugr must make a DC 12 Fortitude save or be nauseated for 1 round. The save DC is Charisma-based."

(Captain): "instead of causing nausea with a successful hit, they bestow 1 negative level on a hit. A draugr captain can even bestow a negative level via a weapon it wields, but if it gains multiple attacks with a weapon, it can only bestow 1 negative level per round in this manner."

The weapon part doesn't really make any sense. The non-captain can use Nausea with a greataxe, so it's odd to call it out specifically with the Captain.

I'm guessing the intent was for them to apply Nausea or a negative level once per round. But if you need more of a challenge for the party, allowing it to work with multiple attacks would certainly work.

Using the ability with a bomb (or any ranged weapon, but especially splash) seems to be unintended. Giving it an ability (via feat) to make a rancid seaweed version of a bomb might work, though.

Another question is is there is a spellcaster who casts haste on regular draguar mooks who then full attack then the draguar use their attacks on seperate people can they nausate multiple people in a round? The rules seem to allow it but I sort of don't think this was intended.
