I should start by stating that I'm working on a wolverine build for a 3.5 campaign, but plan on converting it over to my pathfinder campaign eventually.
I've got it ok'd by my dm to use the feral template from savage species. So that's a good start. We're playing at level 10, so if I've done the level adjustment correctly, I'd be a level 4 barbarian, ranger 3, and rogue 2.
From rolling my stats, and adding ability bonuses from level 4 and 8, they are as follows, str-16, dex-17+1, con-17+1, int-16, wis-13, cha-13. Feral template NOT included. So I'm pretty much a BAMF already, but I have yet to figure in his adamantium skeleton.
I've heard of books with grafting options, and necromancy abilities to raise adamantine skeletons, so the idea is not entirely far fetched.
I think the pieces are here, I just can't seem to fit them together. I would appreciate any help or advice anyone has to offer.

Love this idea! I'm using Old Man Logan as the inspiration for the leader of my home brew
Prison Colony. I used a barbarian class called the war claw, that has bracers with claws and gave him a troll flesh graft for the regeneration.. But smarter people than me have done better conversions before on these boards...
And here
Hope this helps,

really if you want to match logans regeneration at level 10 you are going to be very hardpressed. if i were you i would aim pre-mech upgraded. play him with the bone claws.
the lesser beast totem says you grow claws. it never said they come out of your fingers so boom bone claws. i would have to put forth a full level 10 barbarian though. you will need tons of rounds to keep claws going. and pounce at level 10 would be very nice. if your dm would allow a ring of regeneration youd be set maybe take invunlerable rager. at level 10 youd have dr 5/- my attempt would look like this.
barbarian 10 half orc (for extra rage) with the berserker of society trait
i would also trade orc ferocity for gate crasher for a +2 to sunder checks.
1 power attack
2 lesser beast totem rage power
3 improved sunder
4 superstitious
5 if you can talk your dm into allowing monster feats
improved natural attack claw, or if not extra rage power guarded life.
6 beast totem rage power
7
8 smasher rage power
9
10 greater beast totem rage power
for level 11 id go into oracle to get the rage cycling going a little earlier for the revelation id take one of the sights that does you the most good probably water sight. and for 11th level feat extra rage power and pick up strength surge. for the few spells you get pick a healing spell and obscuring mist (if water sight) this gives you a little ability on top of your flavor you already have.
for gear at level 10 id pick up a +1 furious amulet of mighty fists. its 20k but can be a cornerstone item for you for everything and applies to both claws.
or if your dm is ready for some craziness play a dire wolverine or badger with the awaken spell

then start taking class levels that would be much more fun. awakened animals as pcs are fun.

Wolverine also isnta normal mutant human, he is part of the Dominent Species a evolutionary chain of mutants which often have genetic throw back features common in wolves. These also include Sasquatch, Draken, Sabretooth, Wolfcub, and Wolfsbane to name a few.
I'd suggest shifter as race and depending on the time of life of logan really makes the class build up. WW2 possibly ranger or rogue, modern era would be several classes possibly barbarian (totem warrior/Ranger. I'd also like to remind anyone whose marvel mutant fans that wolverines adamantium skeleton prevents him from further mutating into a degenerated form.
