How does skill points go with int from level up and tomes?
For example:
1 20 int
2
3
4 20 int +1 int
5
6
7
8 21 int +1 int +2 tomes = 24 int
Based on that int bonus skill point per lvl would be 5, untill at lvl 8 it would be 7 per lvl i believe?
And would it be retroactive giving thous missing 2 points per lvl on all previous lvls like con/hp does?

Interesting, I didn't know the bonus skill points were retroactive in PF. Can you point me to the text where it spells that out in the CRB?
Everything is retroactive in Pathfinder.
The designers didn't want it to be terribly complicated whether you were playing a character from level one and building upwards, or if you were just making a character to start at higher levels.

Ah, well, thanks. If only I could retroactively learn things in real life...
Ever see the movie LIMITLESS? Putting on an intelligence increasing headband is a lot like that. Suddenly you remember all these inconsequential things that you've already observed in your past and had forgotten. Now, with that new knowledge available to you, together, all at once, you've actually instantaneously acquired some new ability/skills/knowledge.
