I am trying to make a drunken master monk who uses keg as offensive weapon. What troubles me is, how much damage would be appropriate to give a keg which is the size of half of human body and half full (possibly very heavy)? And can you enchant improvised weapons or such, even temporary with spell effects?
Idea is generaly to use keg or flurry when possible and use keg as cover if needed maybe against ranged attacks if it could be possible.
Also what kind of combat manouver would you recommend to give to this monk type?
Current stat array is (dwarf):
STR 14
DEX 14
CON 16
INT 10
WIS 16
CHA 8
His role is generaly to tank , disable , a bit a jack of all trades.
Its for PFS games.

Unfortunately, a concept like this seems pretty restricted for as formal a context as PFS.
Firstly, the most suitable monk archetype for this idea, the Monk of the Empty Hand, doesn't stack with Drunken Master. Personally, I think Monk of the Empty Hand would be the way to go; but that might be an unacceptable solution for you.
Sohei can enhance any weapon he wields with Ki and Flurry with any weapon he has weapon training, but unfortunately "improvised weapons" is not a weapon group listed for him to choose for weapon training. In a home game, that could be easily adjusted, but not for PFS.
In short: if playing this PC in PFS is a must, I'd vote for Monk of the Empty Hand. Improvised Weapon Mastery + Ki Weapons would help in the damage department (though you admittedly won't be a damage stud).

Unfortunately, to flurry with the keg, you would need to use the Monk of the Empty Hand archetype, which doesn't stack with Drunken Master. As far as PFS goes, I don't think there is a lot of wiggle room in terms of bending the rules.
Here is an option
Dwarf Drunken Master
Alternate Racial Trait: Relentless (+2 Bull Rush, Overrun)
STR 15
DEX 14
CON 16
INT 10
WIS 16
CHA 6
Feats:
1 - ?
Monk 1 - Deflect Arrows
Monk 2 - ?
3 - Power Attack
5 - Improved Overrun
7 - ?
9 - Greater Overrun
If you have a soda keg sized keg that your dwarf can carry with one hand, that leaves your other hand free to use deflect arrows legally. Fluff-wise, you can describe your character as deflecting an arrow with his keg rather than with the free hand. That accomplishes using your keg for cover more or less.
When you use your overrun combat maneuver, you can describe your character as knocking them over with the keg. This accomplishes using the keg to hit people, without having to use it as an improvised weapon that you can't flurry with.
If this were a home game, and I were your DM, I'd just let you stack Monk of the Empty Hand with Drunken Master even though it's not legal... but for PFS you can't do that so you'll have to come up with workarounds.

Yeah, I already checked that archetype. I didn't really expect to fully be able to enchant the keg anyway, it was a long shot.
Still, how much damage would keg do?, per normal rules it says to search the most similar item and compare it with improvised weapon object. Closest I have found would be Tower Shield which as bash does 1d4 damage. Unfortunatly keg is most likely very heavy , maybe around 150 lbs, so it might have larger damage, but I dont wanna push it to hard and say it does same damage as greatsword.
I wouldn't really cripple the char, but like I said he would be tank in most cases. He has to be drunken master archetype tho.

Beebs thank you! You just solved some of mine questions and build stuff. Overrun it is and I did plan to use the alternate racial trait. Stats array is okay, but I didnt wanna push it to much on Cha since I might plan to use Bluff as social skill maybe.
Edit: I didn't plan to flurry with keg , just to attack with it OR use flurry( unarmed ). I will have some aditional weapons later on of course.

There is a trait in the equipment guide that gives removes the -4 improvised and gives you +1 to attack, with one tool. Put a rank in profession, drunk, and a keg is now a tool... which could be enchanted to give it a +1 to checks but i doubt that makes it magic.
Oracle and barbarian both have a rock throwing ability, Stone mystery i think, the barb one is a rage power. You can throw rocks up to half your size for like 2d4. Maybe you brew your booze in stone 'tall boys' haha.

I'd say that flurrying with a 140 LB. Barrel would be almost impossible.
However, something the size of a brandy cask, say 2 to 3 gallons, with a rope or chain tether, would be pretty close to a Meteor Hammer. Now it's not a monk weapon but there may be a way around that. (it should get monk as a special property IMO)
It's an awesome character concept, in a home game I'd make sure you could pull it off. Someone more versed in PFS play may need to figure this one out.

Some additional questions still:
a) If I wield keg 2handed can I still make unarmed attacks via Panther Style?
You can strike back at enemies who attack you when you move.
Prerequisite: Wis 13, Combat Reflexes, Improved Unarmed Strike.
Benefit: While using this style, when an opponent makes an attack of opportunity against you for moving through a threatened square, you can spend a swift action to make a retaliatory unarmed strike attack against that opponent. Your attack is resolved after the triggering attack of opportunity.
It doesn't say anything about needing to have at least 1 free hand.
b) Still can't figure out the dice damage of that 150 lbs keg. 1d8 at least tho.

I think you can make a decent argument for the keg counting as an improvised greatclub, getting you d10 damage. This would make it a 2-handed weapon, and thus you couldn't use deflect arrows anymore, but that's not really a big loss.
From the monk's unarmed strike ability: "A monk's attacks may be with fist, elbows, knees, and feet. This means that a monk may make unarmed strikes with his hands full."
