the alternate favored class bonus for human fighters is
Add +1 to the fighter’s CMD when resisting two combat maneuvers of the character’s choice.
do you pick 2 the first time and then add +1 to the bonus every time you use this choice or do you get to add +1 to any two defenses every time you chose this bonus.
in other words if a fighters first choice is +1 disarm +1 grapple.
the second time do they only get +1 to disarm and grapple for a total of +2 disarm and +2 grapple
or can they now chose say +1 grapple and +1 trip for a total of +1 disarm, +2 grapple and +1 trip.
As you can choose to take the alternative class bonus every level, you can choose the bonus each time you do, like in your example.
