By the rules, it's not possible.
If your GM likes the idea, just have a sunder attempt against a natural armor or natural weapon give it the 'broken' condition temporarily. (AC is halved, round down, for 'sundered' natural armor, -2 to attack and damage rolls for a 'sundered' natural weapon)
You could use the Swallow Whole rules (from the back of the Bestiary) for precedent, and have the 'hardness' equal 1/2 the natural armor bonus and 'hit points' equal 1/10th the creatures total uninjured hit points. (And any DR would apply normally, as well.)
Tweak the numbers around until it doesn't feel unbalancing for your purposes (since the above suggestions are totally arbitrary), and run with it.

you can't sunder natural armour. It's still part of the creature.
Honestly that seems silly with so many fine examples in fantasy lore of creating weak points in natural armor. However, yes RAW you cannot sunder natural armor. If you houserule though id suggest looking at the UC rules for called shots and their effects when successful in breaking parts of it as opposed to breaking/reducing the armor bonus via sunder.
