Druids and another question

people, I have a question, in the spell beast shape tells that a druid win some points in attributes, my question is this points is to add in the animal character sheet that in transform or is in the normal sheet of the duid?

Another question is: the item belt of physical perfection says the the bonus is for the next 24 hours,and then?... we have to take off the item and put again or the bonus last for the other next 24 hours...

Question 1: Do the bonuses from wild shape add to the druid or to the creature the druid changed into?

The bonuses from wild shape add to the druid's base scores. So you could wind up with a very weak T-rex if your druid is Dex based.

Question 2: What happens to the bonus from the belt of physical perfection after 24 hours?

The bonus is considered temporary for the first 24 hours; after that, it's permanent. I believe this is a carry over from the headbands of INT, WIS, or CHA which don't grant bonus spells until 24 hours have passed.
