PLEAS HALPZ!
I mean... help? Anybody?
Basically, I'm reading the rules on Wizards'/Witches' Familiars, and I seem to be missing something; the table I'm looking at here shows Familiars gaining AC, Int and specific Familiar-y stuff as character level increases, but there's no mention of skillpoints, stat points, or feats. So, what's up with that?
I'd guess they get 1+IntMod Skillpoints per level, Feat every odd level, StatPoint every 4 levels - or perhaps a bit slower (skillpoint accrual same as Animal companions?) But I'm not finding any info on this in the rules. Am I overlooking a rule or a table, or is there actually nothing?
Thanks in advance!

Familiars use the stats and hit dice listed for them. They do not gain hit dice or level, so they do not gain further stat increases, feats, or skill points.
They do however gain skill ranks in everything the wizard puts skill ranks into, so that is their mechanic for skill increasing. Their hit points go up as the wizards do, but they do not gain actual real hit dice to gain feats or stat increases from.
*Technically every 2 points of Int gain for the familiar would give it 1 extra skill point to sink into a skill the wizard had not spent ranks in, Unless i am mistaken. If i am, i am sure someone else will be along with the proper quote to show us.

That's because they don't get that stuff. Familiars do not level. They do not gain new Hit Dice (They are treated as your class lvl in Hit Dice but they don't actually gain those Hit Dice). They get exactly whats in the table describing familiars.
If you want an upgraded familiar I would recomend taking the Improved familiar feat at lvl 7. This will give you some much better familiars with greatly increased survivability and utility (check out the Imp as an example)

The Familiar Ability reads as follows:
Skills: For each skill in which either the master or the familiar has ranks, use either the normal skill ranks for an animal of that type or the master's skill ranks, whichever is better. In either case, the familiar uses its own ability modifiers. Regardless of a familiar's total skill modifiers, some skills may remain beyond the familiar's ability to use. Familiars treat Acrobatics, Climb, Fly, Perception, Stealth, and Swim as class skills.
So that answers the skills question.
If you read the whole thing, except where specifically listed, they appear to operate exactly like a normal member of their animal species, and thus recieve no stat points or Feats of any sort beyond what their creature type recieves inherently.
