Can we use a full attack while being defensive?

Rules Questions

The subject says it all.
Is it possible to use the defensive action (-4 to hit for +2 AC) and all the goodies attached (+1 for acrobatics, Crane Style, whatever) while doing a full attack ?

Yes,because you can fight defensively when taking a full-attack action. 3 ranks of Acrobatics increases your dodge AC to +3 (rather than +2). VCrane style add an additional +1 Dodge. Unlike other bonuses, dodge bonuses can stack.

So if you fight defensively with those feats and ranks you suffer only a -2 to hit and gain +4 dodge bonus to AC.

But remember, if you are caught flatfooted or denied your Dex, you lose any dodge bonuses (though uncanny dodge can remedy that in some cases.

Fighting Defensively as a Full-Round Action: "You can choose to fight defensively when taking a full-attack action. If you do so, you take a –4 penalty on all attacks in a round to gain a +2 dodge bonus to AC for until the start your next turn."

Thanks a lot. I only read the first part: fighting defensively as a standard action, so I thought it only applied there.

Is there a single comprehenisve list somewhere of the feats, class abilities and skill ranks that improve the defensive fighting option?
