Possible errata to Headband of Mental Superiority

The Headband of Mental Superiority +6 has a construction cost of 77,000 gp. However extrapolation from the +2 & +4 headbands should price it as 72,000 gp.

The same is true of the Belt of Physical Perfection +6.

Looks like just a small upcharge. There is nothing to errata since the physical Stat "Belt of Physical Perfection" has the exact same price.

I think it is fairly obviously a typo, as the construction cost for a magic item is equal to half its base price. As the base price of these items is correct at 144,000 gp (36k for first +6 and 54k for each additional +6), the construction cost for each should be 72,000 gp.
