What kind of scrolls can a witch use?

Rules Questions

I have understood the distinction between arcane and divine scrolls, and that an arcane caster (say, a witch or bard) cannot make heads of tails of a divine scroll of, say, cure moderate wounds.

Question is, could the witch use said scroll and feed it to her familiar, or will she need a scroll written by another witch (or a bard) to be able to 'store' CMW into trusty little Fluffy?

Pretty much that, either a wizard scroll that has a spell on her list, another witch's scroll, or a bardic scroll of a spell on her list.

Given the nature of the class and it's unique acquisition I'd probably houserule divine scrolls as well, but that would strictly be a houserule.
