I'm interested in building a reasonably optimized Shadow Assassin that can contribute well to the party both damagewise as well as in roleplay situations.
Looking the class over, I'm thinking I'll want to have moderate to good Wisdom alongside the usual Strength. I'm also thinking I might want to do something that makes use of Light Weapons and the fact that the Shadow Assassin can qualify for Fighter feats.
Does anyone have any recommendations as to how to build an effective Shadow Assassin that is fun to play?

I'm very interested in this, as well.

A couple of other things I noticed that might be missed at first glance.
The Shadow Style, Shadowblade essentially gives the Shadow Assassin a free magic weapon that they can use pretty much anywhere. It increases with power as they level up as well (+1 bonus every 3 levels, so a +6 weapon at level 18). Putting two points in it gives it a force effect, making it much more effective against incoporeal creatures.
The Exotic Weapon Style allows for some pretty sweet synergy with other class abilities (Deadly Focus and Daggermaster for example) and lets you do all sorts of things with exotic weapons that would normally be restricted to light weapons.
