Is there anything in the rules, that prevents a summoner or any other class with early acces to higher level spells from crafting a wand?
I don't play pathfinder society (Germany :( ) but the society has rules for buying wand, potions... IIRC all wands are created by full casters like wizards and clerics, only those spells they can't access are made by other classes (like wands of lead blades).
A wizard could not create a wand of summon monster V, a summoner could ...
What are your thoughts on the matter? To make it a bit more complicated would you change the rules for magic item availability when it come to things like potions of lead blade?
If PFS says wands are all created by full casters then a summoner can't do it. If you are asking about home games then its is possible to have a summoner craft a wand of summon monster 5. 4th level wands are expensive though, and I can't think of any that are worth the price off the top of my head.
Lead blade is a personal spell, and personal spells can't be made into potions.
