You can two-weapon fight and use Spell Combat via the Spellblade archetype, which gives up Spellstrike for the ability to conjure a dagger of force for the off hand.
Otherwise, you need a full attack action to attack with multiple weapons, and Spell Combat requires one empty hand. It's possible that some GMs would allow you to do this, if you had Quick Draw. I personally would not.
You might be able to combine Spellstrike and TWF by casting a touch spell to deliver via Spellstrike, and holding the charge in the weapon, then drawing the other weapon and attacking the next round. That's all I can think of.
Arcane Blast would not work because of being a supernatural ability, not a spell.

Yes and no. You can't combie TWF with spell combat but spellstrike just let's you attack with a touch spell. So if you can cast a touch spell while holding your weapons it works.
That said you are usually better of using one weapon with spell combat. That gives you your attacks and your spells, if you can quicken and are hasted that's about 6 attacks.
Arcane blast isn't a spell so I would so now, and it's pretty damn weak compaired to an intesified shocking grasp.
