Beast Rider Cav question

I am having troubling figuring out what the tiger mount would have for stats as a 6th level beast rider mount. The rules seem a bit contradictory . Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I posted something similar when UC first came out. I think it was ultimately decided that, unless you're a small cav, you simply cannot take a tiger as your mount until you are 7th level.

but UC specifically states tiger as a mount for a medium sized character at 4th, that's where the issue comes in lol.
