I am building a level 18 character for a game, and I have decided to try my hand at the Spellslinger archtype.
Stats will be rolled, and I haven't rolled yet, so I don't know what I have yet, but obviously I will be putting my two highest stats into Intelligence and Dexterity
I'm not sure if I should go straight Spellslinger, or if I should try and go for the Eldritch Knight PrC. I might be missing something, but it looks like none of the class abilities of the Spellslinger are level dependant, so that would help a lot.
What feats should I be taking? I plan on taking the obvious ones like point blank, precise, arcane strike, deadly aim, and rapid reload.
Any help would be helpful, so thanks for the help!

Well if not wanting to go Sorc, I'd try Spellslinger 7, Gunfighter 1 (not sure about which archtype), Eldritch Knight 10.
The gunslinger is good if, for nothing else, the quick clear deed when compared to fighter.
You'll want that trait that increases your caster level by 2 as well.
Opposition schools. I'd recommend keeping Conjuration, Transmutation, Evocation and Necromancy. Enchantment and Illusion spells (with some exceptions) don't benefit from your Spellslinger abilities. Divination and Abjuration you can still take (albeit at two slots) if needed.
Feat wise, you may want to focus on spellcasting abit more. Spell Penetration, and maybe Focus (just to have stellar DCs with your weapons enhancement bonus). You'll probably be using your gun for spells more than shooting at that level. Point Blank and Precise can help with rays and ranged touch spells.
Beyond that the one I statted out was only 1st level, so not too many suggestions yet.
